Know the client behind the next appointment.

A name in a calendar is only part of the relationship. scopebook brings client contact details and service activity into one workspace, helping solo professionals and small teams pick up where the last conversation ended.

Keep a useful client directory

Find a client by name or email and keep their contact information up to date. A client record belongs to your business, so your team works from the same directory instead of maintaining separate lists for bookings and follow-up.

Record the details that help next time

Add private notes to the client record and use tags to organize your directory. The team can retain useful context, such as a preference discussed during a visit. Private client notes remain separate from information you choose to share in the customer portal.

Connect the appointment to the relationship

Look back at appointment history and follow the client through quotes and their portal. Team access respects business roles and assigned clients. This keeps day-to-day follow-up close to the work while controlling who can open a particular record.

Bring an existing contact list

Owners and managers can import client names and email addresses from a CSV file. Existing clients with the same email are retained rather than overwritten. Marketing consent is handled separately, so importing a contact is not automatically permission to send promotional emails.

Frequently asked questions

Is this useful without a sales team?
Yes. The directory supports everyday service relationships: finding a client, checking past appointments and keeping relevant notes. You can start with the clients you already serve.
Can clients see my private notes?
Private client notes are not shown in the portal. Appointment notes have their own sharing controls, allowing your team to choose which visit information clients can read.
Can I import all data from another CRM?
The CSV import supports client names and email addresses. It is not a complete migration of another system: appointment history, files and other records require a separate migration assessment.
